How do I change my email address in the NeuShield Portal?

To change your email address you need to follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your NeuShield Portal account.
  2. Create a new admin login with the new email address for your account by going to “My Account” -> “Account Admins”.
  3. If your old admin was the primary administrator then set the new admin as the primary admin.
  4. Log out.
  5. Log in as the new admin.
  6. Go to “My Account” -> “Account Admins” and delete the old log in.
