Adding an Account Admin

Once you have created an account, you may want to allow others to log into your account. This can be done by adding account administrators.

  1. Log into your NeuShield portal.
  2. Go to the “My Account” tab and click the “Account Admin” button at the top.
  3. Click the “Add new Admin” button.
  4. Type in the name and email address of the administrator.
  5. Click “Add” to add the administrator to the account.
