Creating Tenant Accounts
Creating a tenant account requires that you have the multi-tenancy feature permission enabled. Once enabled you can click the ‘Add new tenant’ button to create a new account. Only ‘Name’ and ‘Company’ is required when creating a new tenant account. Email is not required.
New tenant accounts created will share the same license key (and its limitation) with MSP account’s license by default. However, you can add a new license key to the tenant account if desired.
