Reverting a Folder

To recover your documents, pictures or other files you can use the NeuShield Revert feature.  This will recover the original files and remove any ransomware notes.

To do this you will need to:

1. Right-click on the folder
2. Select ‘NeuShield’
3. Click ‘Revert changes’
4. When the ‘Revert Files’ dialog comes up you can optionally “Lockdown” to prevent these files from being modified.
5. Then click ‘Revert’

The files will be restored immediately to how they were before.
