All administrators of MSP accounts can manage any of its tenant accounts. They can also add or delete administrators of individual tenant accounts. This can allow the tenant account to be managed by tenant company’s own IT, if desired.
There are two ways to switch between MSP account and tenant accounts. Switching accounts allows you to manage the clients and settings of the account. The first way to switch accounts is on the tenant account popup. Hovering the mouse over a tenant account will bring up a window with a “Switch to this account” button. Clicking that button will allow you to manage that account.
Second way is to switch an account is by clicking the company name on the top right corner of the browser, just above the login email. You can narrow the tenant accounts listed in the pull-down using the search ability.
After switching to an account, the left panel on the left side will be change based on the account. MSP accounts and tenant accounts have different set of options.
When switching to a new account the portal will stay on the same panel it was, if possible. For example, if you use the account switcher (top right corner) to switch to another tenant while on the ‘Client Activity’ panel, it will stay on ‘Client Activity’ panel. This allows you to quickly go through the activity of all managed accounts.
