Removing an Authenticator

Removing an authenticator may be needed if you lose your authenticator or if you want to switch to another authenticator.

To remove an authenticator from your NeuShield portal account:

1. Log into your NeuShield portal.
2. Go to the "Preferences & Logout" and click the "Register / Manage" button.
3. Click the "Deactivate" or "Remove" button.  Deactivate will temporarily disable the authenticator and will allow you to easily reactivate it later.  Remove will completely remove the authenticator from your account.
