How to run NeuRestore when a system does not boot

Below are the steps a customer can take for NeuShield system recovery using the neurestore tool, when the system cannot boot.

Requirements:

• Either a standard windows recovery disk or the ability to boot into Windows Recovery Environment.

Steps:

1. Boot into the Windows Recovery Environment.
   
   
   
   
2. Access the Command Prompt from the recovery menu.
3. Navigate to the "C:\Program Files\NeuShield\NeuShield Data Sentinel\bin\tools" path.
   
   
   
   
4. Run the neurestore.exe executable.
5. Decide which snapshot to use and click “OK” to close the message box.
   
   
   
   
6. Once the restore is completed reboot the device.
