What to I do if I forgot my uninstall password?

If you have forgotten your uninstall password, you can get the uninstall password from the NeuShield Portal.  Just log on and go to the “Data Sentinel Settings” tab.  On this tab find the text that says “Uninstall control” and click on the “Configure” button next to it.  This will bring up another window.  From there you can click on the eye icon next to the uninstall password.  This will revel your current password.
